Our Philosophy

Working Together - Treatment and rehabilitation

Our treatment approach is one of assessment, diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation, while educating the patient with prescribed exercises and advice. With athletes the aim is to get the patient back to their field as soon as possible using soft tissue approaches with specific trigger points located around the joints and the muscles. This together with manipulation and rehabilitation exercises using such methods as Pilates help achieve short and long term results.
